Refund Policy

All Klarity Labs products are digital downloads. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been purchased and accessed.

That said, your satisfaction matters. If your file is damaged, won't download, or isn't as described, contact us within 14 days at jmp.entreprise@gmail.com and we'll make it right — usually by sending a corrected file.

Before purchasing, please check the product description to confirm the format works for you (our tools work with Google Sheets and Excel, and the app runs in any web browser).
