Terms & Conditions of Sale

These conditions apply to every purchase made through the Klarity Labs store.

Products: all items are digital downloads, described as accurately as possible on each product page.

Prices: shown in US dollars (USD), taxes included where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes don't affect orders already placed.

Payment: orders are paid in full at checkout via our secure payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery: files are delivered digitally and instantly (see Shipping Policy).

Right of withdrawal: as these are digital products delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the download has started (see Refund Policy).
